If I have never studied Italian before I must enroll in Italian 110 or Italian 112. If I have studied Italian at another institution at any time in the past, I must have taken the SAT II test, the online placement exam, or the transfer credit exam, and have the appropriate score for this level. My placement into this course on the basis of the online exam is provisional. It will be confirmed by in-class assessment of my level during the first week of classes.
